Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ordered a custom print flag back in December with express delivery. When no update was given I emailed two different support emails. They only got back to my start of January. They said they were closed for Christmas, fair enough. They said custom print takes 10 days and they'll refund the additional cost of express shipping. That was about three weeks ago. No update about my order and no refund. Honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if the good reviews are purple from the company because this just seems like a scam.

Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. We are a small company and do close down for the holiday season. I'm not sure what has gone wrong here, custom print normally takes about ten working days (so 2 weeks). We have consequently changed our procedures for handling customer enquires. In future, a member of our staff will take specific responsibility for any issue our customers may have. This lack of communication should not happen again. We hope you were happy with the flags once you finally got them.
No reply to emails, no order
Placed an order with express delivery. Never told it was shipped, I had to contact the company. 3 working weeks later, no sign of my order and they’ve stopped replying to emails. Stay away!

Squirrel Scout flag
I ordered a Squirrel Scout flag on 13th April with our group name sewn onto it, needing it for St. George's Day Parade on Sunday 23rd April.
It arrived on Thursday 20th April, and looks fantastic.
I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

We are sorry your refund was not processed in a more timely manner, this was in some part due to us waiting for our supplier to Source a new batch of the Wessex flags, as It is not a flag we hold in stock. Hope you enjoyed the other flags that were sent to you Mr Cranvey.

I have just received two beautiful, high quality, sewn not printed flags from United Flags. The workmanship on my Stars & Stripes and second flag of the RAF Ensign is outstanding. These will last against the weather and be a wonderful statement to all who see them.
The customer contact and support was also of the highest order.
