Highly recommend, brilliant analysis, everything you need out of a running shop.

The team at the Barnet shop were really helpful, friendly and professional.

It took some time to try on a good few shoes and repeatedly going back to the treadmill to ensure a proper fit, but the team was patient and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a specific shoe.

After going through about 5 pairs of, I found the right shoe and grabbed a couple pairs of socks.

I wish I had 2 more arms so I could give them 4 thumbs up, way up!

No problem with availability regarding good delivery and quality item but I need a wide fit shoe and these always seem in short supply at anything like a reduced price.

Marta in the Milton Keynes store was so friendly and helpful, as were the other 2 ladies in there, Viv and Martine. Nothing was too much trouble and I came out with exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies 😁

No where near the service I used to receive when they were a standalone shop. Not enough staff with deep knowledge and not enough stock.
Such a shame, this shop was always my go-to for gait analysis and running shoes

Went to the Shrewsbury store. The item wasn’t in stock but Annabelle was super helpful. She found the item in a different colour so I could try for size and checked online stock so I could get the colour and size needed. Great trail shoes.

I was served by SallyAnn today, who was really helpful. SallAnn tested my Gait on the treadmill, and found me a pair of trainers that corrected my overpronation. My London Marathon training is going to be a lot easier now i'm wearing trainers that give my foot the support it needs, and i'm now wearing the correct size!! Thank you!

The staff were patient beyond the call of duty as I hummed and hawed…went away not feeling intimidated, which is always a bonus in a specialist sports shop! Will be back in about 400 miles…
