Ordered a sliding patio door handle weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived Iv tried ringing, WhatsApp messages and email with no response.

Ordered two pairs premium handles, which arrived promptly as described. Unfortunately some of the order was damaged in transit, but was able to resolve with uPVC-store by contacting directly.

I ordered a new APECS lock cylinder from UPVC Store just over a week ago with some extra keys. I made an error on the order and Joe was very helpful in sorting it out. The new cylinder arrived next day, was fitted and the key registered with APECS with a secure PIN. This week, I ordered four more cylinders keyed alike to the original. Again, Joe was very helpful in sorting this out. The locks and keys are made to order by APECS and shipped out directly. I received a phone call from APECS requesting my secure PIN to authorise the making of the new locks, so their system really works! New locks arrived next day and work perfectly with the original keys. Top quality products from APECS and first rate service from UPVC Store. Highly recommended and I will definitely return for future cylinders/keys.

Absolute rip off when it comes to postage charges. Charged £15.99 for Royal Mail 24 Next Day Delivery and the item was sent using the cheapest of the cheap delivery companies EVRI, and item was not delivered on time, in fact still not delivered.
This was sold as Royal Mail delivery and I will be looking into this further as potential fraud.

I received my tilt and turn handle which worked perfectly and was great quality but one of the little caps was deformed - Really a cosmetic issue but a bit pesty. I contacted the company and can say their service was absolutely spectacular, from start to finish. They were so quick, efficient and professional answering my query and arranging to get the part to me all within less than 36hrs. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - if only every company was this good!

Awful company. Waited 10 days for my order, then used their chatbot to find out when it would be delivered. Never got an answer, but received a partial refund the next day. No explanation. And why they would refund all but 85p, we shall never know. Avoid!

Almost can’t fault this company, however, the goods took 11 days to arrive thanks to the courier. By which time too late for purpose. When asked for refund I got no reply .

Ordered a door handle from UPVCStore, which was delivered early, it was good quality, as described & undamaged. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong part & had to re-order, but the return process was easy. UPVC Store Customer services were very helpful.
