Urban Retreat Avis 

I find the business practices to be a bit dishonest. I tried several of their products when I signed up to be an ambassador but was consistently underwhelmed. In one example I found the scent of the micellar lotion and an exfoliator to be intolerable. It was overpowering and smelled like cough syrup. I submitted a review to the Urban Retreat website in hopes to alert consumers who are sensitive to smells. I gave the product one star which brought the rating down slightly. But my review never posted. And when I checked again, the number was no longer counting either.

So I looked and apparently they only allow 5 star reviews to post for all their products. All products have five stars but a very low number of reviews. That’s not only unrealistic but it’s dishonest and shady and just goes to show they are cherry picking reviews to get sales above all else rather than allowing paying customers to provide honest feedback.

Needless to say they will not be getting any of my business again ever.

So today I discovered the lifting face serum. A huge bottle for a good price.i wasn't expecting great things although I love the range of products mostly. I was worried about losing that hold it in feeling on my face by time I'd done moisture prime and 3d corrector, but no it still feels like I got my hold in knickers on my face . I am so impressed . And a little goes a long way xxx

I ordered a urban Lipo cream and it worked wonders . So I bought two more bottles at £25 each and it’s done the oppressor than it’s suppose to. My diet it’s the problem. I would come use the cream and totally inflate. Seems corrupted .

I bought the skin care package and have been using this for 2 weeks now and my skin has never felt and looked so good, I've used many different other products in the past but urban retreat products are far the best I've used, the same pack is great for travel too. Can't wait to try some more products.

i have bought lots of different product from this company, from skin care to weight loss and cannot fault any of it, the delivery is supper fast and product are fantastic, consultants are very knowledgeable, and most products come with a guarantee and to top it all its Vegan friendly :)

I’ve been using body sip and slim, keto capsules, and reset , wow I am absolutely amazed at the way my body has changed. My stomach is getting so much smaller , am shrinking back to my curvy figure. My waist is smaller, even my thighs this is just a fantastic way to get rid of that stubborn fat , also I have fibromyalgia and my pains have gone , vanished what an amazing combination thanks urban you’ve changed my life xxx

Packaging is lovely and also trying to become more environmentally friendly they dont even use plastic sellotape now but brown paper tape to seal packages.

This is not a pyramid scheme at all. I’ve not lost a penny. I have gained. I got £700 in sales got excellent commission and a bonus plus free products
The products are clinically tested and there is proof.
Yes there are some Pyramids schemes out there. But this is not one of them.
My skin is in better condition since using the products. I’ve lost weight. Gained confidence and made money.
Those that slate this company are wrong. Yes you pay to join. But you get products for the £75.
Please stop slating this amazing company

We visited Urban Retreat as a Birthday treat for myself & a thankyou to my hubby and I was blown away 😃. Not only an absolutely stunning venue but the staff are so helpful, friendly and go out of their way to help you not only during our treatments but whilst I was waiting for my hubby after my treatment.
We will definitely be back soon 👍

Booked myself in for 'beauty by time'.... My beauty therapist was lovely and very considerate of my illnesses when it came to me getting on and off the treatment bed.

My facial has left my skin feeling incredibly soft
The massage was perfectly done with just the right amount of pressure
And I had my eyebrows threaded which the therapist helped me to understand the right shape for my eyes.

had the most amazing facial recently! The lady who did my treatment was lovely and took the time to explain the products she was using thoroughly. I loved the results so much that I purchased a few products to take home too.

Visited Urban Retreat the other day and it was an amazing luxury experience.
We were looked after from walking in the door to walking out with exceptional customer service. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about what products they were using and what treatments would be the best for our skin and hair types. Would highly recommended going for a treatment after a long day shopping in London. I honestly couldn't believe I was in the centre of London it was so relaxing.

I have been with several other companies. This is by far the best.
It's a fair business plan if you want to sell only or build a team. There is proper training and not spammy like others. We are taught properly. Unfortunately there will always be some who Dont follow these rules.
Affordable quality products.

I have had quite a few treatments at urban retreat over the last 2 years there facials are insane even tried there Hocatt ozone therapy which is insane treatment , what a stunning place - the staff are very friendly and the new holy carrot restaurant is vegan which is right up my street . Definitely a regular client now .

Had treatments done there, poor quality and overpriced, go to Harley street instead for a proper result. Harrods should be ashamed to have them on board. Dr. Mark is unpleasant and improfesional person, who should not be a doctor.

Poorly run operation and they overcharged me. They took a deposit and also total price on the day without deducting the deposit. Still waiting for them to refund my initial deposit. Terrible place.

I have been purchasing from Urbanretreat.co.uk for years and I am always impressed!!! I'm a shopaholic and rarely my experiences are that positive! About my last order: The delivery was super fast, the packaging was superb and they sent me free samples and beautiful free gifts! So thoughtful! The customer service is simply wonderful, by far the best I ever came across! They are a credit to online shopping, always helpful and attentive and I find it really hard to shop elsewhere now after experiencing their service!

I always receive my parcel the following day as promised. I would definitely recommend Urban Retreat to anyone who is serious about their skincare/beauty.
As I am a regular customer, it would be nice to receive some discounts more often.

This site sold the products I was looking for at competitive prices and I received them ultra-quick. No hassles, no disappointments, just an efficient purchase and a happy customer.
