Fast Shipping and Battery life time is better than my old one
My 8 year old laptop can not start and I called USB Phone World, the rep is very helpful by selecting the right battery and charger. 2 days later, I got both products and pluged in the new battery and charger, my laptop run instantantly. the battery indicator show that I have about 3 hours time and my old one has only about 15 minutes. highly recommend this web site.

issue was resolved with just a phone call
I made a mistake on selecting the right battery and I called in and a rep helped me for exchange to the right product; they also gave me a shipping label and envelop for returning the wrong product, I am happy now and I will use it in the future.

their support team is very friendly and keep saying they will look into the matter, but the result still is no delivery. We have lost more than a 100 dollars dealing with this firm.
