Ustellar Avis 7

I have several lights by ustellar, and this last time I purchased is the one and only time I've had any issues what so ever. I received a 6 pack of lights with the plug included, though the plug does not work. I have put another plug on the lights i purchased and they work. I reached out to customer service about just getting a replacement plug and that was over a week ago and I'm still going back and forth with them. I'm not asking for a refund, JUST the plug to the lights to be replaced.

The people at Ustellar solved my problem quickly with professional empathy. Great communication and happy resolution. Thier product is superior to others ive bought in the past and the customer service they employed on my issue have made a permanent customer out of me.

This time, first time actually. For some reason this company has chosen to not honor their return policies . Proof was requested and provided via video that all of the original packing and contents were as delivered, in good condition. The product ordered will not work in our application reason for the return.

Fantastic product. Shipping process can be better. My package jumped around to 3 different carriers

With reference to PIR security light. Didn't work from opening the box!!!??. No customer support. Bought through Amazon. Their attitude is that it's not their problem as it's a third party company. Pointless product I would use a reputable wholesale

Purchased 2 sets of these at £40 pair and was very pleased with them, wired up my garden for another 6, went to order them and the price had doubled to £80 a pair!!
I think that's called taking advantage of your customers - not happy!!
