I have to say an issue with my car not minor tbh but from warranty to customer service great exchanged car at Worksop blanch like for like ton6 who sold us original car was great phoned was there for exchange a big thank you Tony whilst a shame my fist car had a fault the professional way the V12 team handled it was fantastic well done all bottle wine on way for Tony go meet the guy

Tony was very kind and approachable, making the process easy and comfortable. He took extra care to engage with my young daughters, which made a real difference. It felt like I was dealing with a person rather than a typical salesperson. Alex handled the handover efficiently and ensured everything was clear about the next steps. Great Staff
On first pulling up i was amazed by the size of the site. Initially i was introduced to Robin my salesman who was very knowledgeable and took me through the compliance part of the appointment in a way which I liked.
The part-ex was then priced while I looked over my prospective new car. Oooh not initially what I hoped but after some hard negotiations by both sides we came to an amicable deal.
At all times Robin was professional in a friendly way and showed a great deal of empathy...and at no time did I feel pressured apart from the need for a glass of water having driven up from Poole to make it happen.
After the deal came the paperwork and I was introduced to the delightful Mia who has a fantastic dry sense of humour and makes a dull task interesting again very professional when needed but also very friendly throughout.
Well I hope management don't say anything about my perception of you both but a hair slicked back clipboard Charlie would not have got the deal with me and again I thank you both for your professionalism but also your humour in dealing with a tired 68 year old grumpy male.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with V12 Sports and Classics. I called to check if a Mercedes C-Class Hybrid was still available, was told that it was, and paid a £99 reservation fee after making clear that I wanted to test drive it. The next day, before travelling, I called again and advised that I’d be arriving at around 3:30pm, yet no one mentioned any issue with the car’s availability.
After a journey of over 2 hours, staff initially could not even locate the vehicle, only for a manager to then tell me that another customer had reserved it before me and that it had already been sold that morning. This should have been communicated immediately, or at the very least during my call before I made the trip.
To make matters worse, no one replied to my formal complaint, the £99 refund took over a week to be issued, and there was no compensation offered for the wasted fuel, time, or inconvenience. Very poor communication, a complete waste of my time, and an extremely frustrating experience.

What a shit hole of a set up Do not take a warranty with these cowboys I took a warranty with a car I bought 2 weeks later alternator went then then said warranty would not cover the full cost of replacement so they took car back but still to this day taking the warranty money out my account but no car to show for it. I have been fighting with them for 5 Months to get my money back but keep getting bullshit lies from them saying we will sort it, all lies do not entertain these cowboys unless you want a sore head.

**AVOID** Sold me a damaged car with Audi quoting 5k to repair! AA checks must be FAKE as you could not miss this fault. Now 2 weeks after I returned the car they still have my money when by law they should of refunded it by now. Going to have to go through the courts. Avoid at all costs!!!

Overall a very pleasant experience 👍🏻
I found a car on the internet at V12 and left a message online. Within 10mins I had a call back and an appointment that evening. As I could only make it to the garage by 6pm, I thought I’d have to visit the showroom the next day, but it was a pleasant surprise to have the car in pristine condition, had a test drive and paperwork started within the hour. They gave me ample time to look over the car at my own leisure and had my existing car checked again within the hour. Although we had quite a lengthy time to agree a price for my car, I was met half way which wasn’t ideal, but was expected between parties to any contract so no complaints. All the rest of the paperwork was completed and signed within a second hour, so the overall time was only a two hour period. I wasn’t pushed to buy any other products which was pleasant surprise, but took the gold level insurance in the end as it was a fair price. I also would like to applaud the service from Abby, who was very professional the whole time, wasn’t pushy and treat me like a human and not just a number. Overall, a very pleasant experience 👍🏻

They lie but apparently it’s just me mishearing 😭😂
Bought a car from here lately. Looked at a few and didn’t fancy them. Salesman then showed me a car that was too expensive for me as I was paying cash. Told me he’d get me a “managers special” price with add ons for me to pay less. Signed me up for a “free tracker” with “free installation”. Had me sign up to a years warranty to offset the “loss” they’d take on the car. Told me they were “practically giving the car away” to me. Car had no petrol in it as we took it for a test drive 2 mins up the road and back. Was told they put some fuel in the car for me (big shock, they didn’t. Barely made it to the petrol station). Great start to owning this car. Mia at after sales was fantastic though. Very helpful and explained anything I had a question for. Plus her room had AC!
A week later the “free” tracker was to be installed. The man installing it warned me before he started the installation that it’s not free and they do this a lot to people. I apologise and cancelled the installation as it wasn’t free. Phoned up the v12 team (Angela Okonedo) she told me I must have misheard Jamie the salesman saying that it was free. I’m not stupid or deaf and told her I didn’t mishear anything because that’s what he told me. She got very defensive and very unhelpful from then on.
I’ve lost all faith in anything they say as it’s apparent they’d happily lie to me to sell me things.
