After paying good money for an expensive carpet a fault appeared, they dont want to take responsibility and have fobbed us off with excuses . Would not recommend buying a carpet from Valley ever!!
Cut short in 2 different rooms, sealed most of the vinyl but left all one side in hallway.. highly recommend to avoid this company
Excellent service from start to finish. Have had laminate through my living room to hallway done, kitchen and bathroom with lino, sons bedroom laminate and stairs and landing carpeted, cannot complain one bit with this company, didnt even have to go in store to order and arrange fitting. Prompt replies via WhatsApp when I had any questions and excellent quality products. Would highly recommend. Thankyou again!

Due to moving into a new home I was in need of some carpets to be fitted. I went to Valley Carpets and spoke to a really friendly and welcoming man called Mick who came to my new home and measured my living room, stairs and bedroom and came back to me with a great price and arranged the fitting of the carpets within a few days.
On the day of the carpet fitting I met Gary a really nice friendly fitter who worked around me as I had already moved in and was kind enough to help me move the odd couple of things that were in the room. Gary did an outstanding job of fitting my carpets and was patient, friendly and took pride in the work he was doing.
Being a customer of Valley Carpets was an absolute pleasure from friendly staff to a fantastic service and of course the carpet fitting. I will recommend Valley Carpets to friends and family.
