Very disappointing experience. At first great they found me a pre registered van available not far away. Paid deposit then full amount, signed order form on 21st Jan. Clearly stated 10-14 day delivery... Voir plus

I had a great experience dealing with Colin Brown from Vans Direct. He really stands out from typical sales reps by taking a personal approach—he speaks to you like a friend rather than just another customer, which makes the whole process feel easy and relaxed.
There was no pressure at all. Colin gave me time to think things through and worked within my budget to find the right option for me.
He’s professional, reliable, and efficient. Most importantly, he does what he says he will and always gets back to you when promised, which is rare these days.
Vans Direct are lucky to have him and he’s a real asset to the company.

Having dealt directly with Vansdirect for a number of years, I can highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and have recommended them personally to my clients. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and are responsive from enquiry to delivery.

Very disappointing experience. At first great they found me a pre registered van available not far away. Paid deposit then full amount, signed order form on 21st Jan. Clearly stated 10-14 day delivery. After 2 weeks or so got a call stating delivery would be 18th Feb. I questioned this as it was well outside the agreed time and eventually cancelled order as they had not fulfilled the agreement on 11th Feb. Despite when I paid money went in straight away to their account, and after repeated requests eventually got final repayment on 18th a week later ! Wish I had looked at the reviews before hand.

Mark and the team were excellent from start to finish, got us the best deal. Wish we had got hold of them when we bought our other vans.
Can’t rate Simon over at VansDirect any higher. I have now used him multiple times when sourcing vehicles for my clients and every time has been flawless. His communication is excellent, the vehicles arrive when they are supposed to and each transaction has been easy. If you run a business and you need a new van, give Simon Brown a call, he won’t let you down!

My company has leased many vehicles/Vans from this company. They supplied a Van which was not fit for purpose. We spoke with them Day 1 and they were unhelpful. We are not using the Van and taking this company to regulatory bodies. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS WE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN BE WARE.

An update on my last review.
Absolute shambles of a company selling faulty vans.
Van arrived faulty upon delivery and has broken down 5 times with same fault since march 2025.
Still in a longstanding dispute were they keep telling me it’s not there fault although all contracts are with vans direct.
Take this van back and unwind my contract!!!
Do not use this company!

Very professional, prompt in getting things done. Between my old van dying, going through the process of contacting vans direct, buying a new van and having it delivered only took a Cpl of weeks and that was over Xmas period aswel. Everything went smoothly so can’t pick fault in anything really, Emma, who dealt with me was very professional and helpful from day one! Top marks from me! Reading some of these reviews I feel I’ve dealt with a different company!

Vans direct were threatening, discriminating and heavy handed. Having explained to one of their agents that I have autism was told not to use my disability as an excuse. I booked insurance with them for a temporary hire van only to recieve £120 cancellation fee.
Then after leaving 6 messages did never recieve a call back just received a ton of emails and messages to threaten me with collection!!
This company was awful to deal with and would not recommend them at all?

We were clearly told vans were in stock for fast delivery. It turns out they have to go to a supplier and have no stock. They made a complete mess of our financial paperwork and made that an excuse. , Once that was sorted, we still have no van. This is verging on a scam. Wish we had never seen them

My husband had dealings with Simon when purchasing his new van. He’s been kept informed at every step and has since had follow up calls to make sure everything was as it should be.
We turned to Vansdirect after previously purchasing, and returning a van to a dealership where the service was shocking.
Simon and his colleagues at Vansdirect have restored our faith in buying online.
