Vanstation Avis 

Bought a van off these which to me I thought was over priced to be honest read the description was happy with the van I was told I would have plenty of notice when the van was being loaded on the trailer and on it was ect so I don’t some more searching history on this van only to find out is had a cat a which I wasn’t told about very disgusting behaviour and bad communication on the phone I rang them up saying I want to cancel my order for them to say we carnt as it’s in tranzit without notifying me funny thing is they thought I signed the invoice disclosure so after I told them that every staff I spoke to was rude on the phone and really didn’t want to solve the problem either was I was having my money back or not no professional I would advise if you buy a van of these do a really good check on it first as there there to scam you and take your money there not even a proper Mercanic there to over view the vans before sales as stated on the phone BEWARE EVERYONE BE CARFULL don’t sign anything until you have the van in front of you I got my money back and I won in the end as they knew they wouldn’t have a chance of wining either was just stay from here is my advice

I bought a vehicle purely from the description and photos on their website. Made an offer and immediately received a phonecall to arrange delivery and accept the offer. I paid my deposit and waited. The very next day, the vehicle arrived at my place (over 100 miles away) and I was given chance to inspect before paying the balance. The vehicle was better than I expected it to be, and the delivery driver Chris was extremely helpful. He kept me up to date with an eta when he set off, and again 15 mins before arrival. I can't fault the quality of service that I have been given from Vanstation. 5☆

Everything was perfect just as I expected the delivery driver was professional and knew what he was doing his name was Banaras Ali he was very helpful aswell kind and respectful and a good approach. (VAN STATION) company’s name.

I was looking to buy a van from van station. I found a couple of vans so I gave van station a call & spoke to a customer don't care agent about one of the vans and asked if it had failed the mot they told me that the mot had expired and hadn't been booked in for a mot. So I decided to leave the van the next I phoned van station again and asked the about another van whilst I was on the phone I checked the mot history of the 2 van they still claimed the vans hadn't been booked in for a mot test. Both van had been booked for a mot. I hung up the phone as they had lied to me both van had failed the mot and they was both unroadworthy and the was both only fit for the scrapyard. I will definitely be giving van station a wide berth.

Bought a Transit Custom, the advert stated it needed a new turbo. The staff at Vanstation were very professional and open. I had it delivered to Surrey for a very reasonable price. The delivery guy was excellent. I checked the van over, accepted then paid. Today I fitted the new turbo, did the injector seals and gave it an oil change. It's running beautifully. Thanks to all the team at Vanstation.

Easy to deal with, vans have clear descriptions, photos and videos. Transactions are speedy and prompt sales invoices to e-sign. Delivery of the van was next day and the driver Mike was very polite and friendly. Mike kept me updated throughout the delivery process. Van was as expected and will be purchasing more vans in the near future!

They advertise on eBay with a ' make and offer ' option. That is their way in. They bombard you with emails after you do. The Emails I've received ask more than their listing on eBay. To buy for 700 quid more. In correspondence with them on eBay I've been referred to as buddy and sir. It was a 4 x 4 I was interested in. I'm very much a Mrs, not buddy or sir
