Placed an order over 10 days ago, have never received the order or any updates l, have emailed several times to chase it but no response. Scam company stay away.

Ich bin mit dem Service von Car Cologne (carcologne.co.uk) äußerst unzufrieden.

Seit 18 Tagen warte ich auf meine Bestellung. Bis heute habe ich keine Ware erhalten und keine gültige Sendungsverfolgung bekommen. Trotz meiner Kontaktversuche per E-Mail habe ich keinerlei Antwort vom Kundenservice erhalten.

Dieses Verhalten ist für mich als Kunden nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe bezahlt und erwarte entweder die ordnungsgemäße Lieferung meiner Bestellung oder die vollständige Rückerstattung meines Geldes.

Ich fordere Car Cologne auf, sich umgehend mit mir in Verbindung zu setzen und das Problem zu lösen.

Sollte weiterhin keine Reaktion erfolgen, werde ich weitere Schritte über meinen Zahlungsdienstleister Klarna einleiten.

Diese Bewertung beschreibt meine persönliche Erfahrung mit Car Cologne und dient dazu, andere Kunden über meine bisherigen Erfahrungen zu informieren.

Bis zur Klärung des Falls habe ich meine Bestellung weiterhin nicht erhalten.

Extremely happy about my order. I was concerned at first because it took two weeks before I got the order or a reply but the owner explained that they’d been ill and explained they would be sorting my order straight away and would hand deliver it to me seen as I was near by which was a really gesture. They also through in a few extra bits which we will be ordering next time! There products are worth the wait and we LOVE them! Can’t recommend enough really good stuff and really good quality worth every penny. Worth the wait and hand made in love with the products I received! Thank you car cologne

I placed an order over a month ago and had to go through my bank to get a refund as they never replied. I get a notification from my bank this morning (Remember, I placed the order a month ago and still have received nothing) and they've challenged the refund! Absolute cowboys. I've done a lot of research on this company and I'd stay well away.

Ordered on the 21/08 spent £150 and received order confirmation since then not received any further information! Emailed multiple times different email addresses and no response at all absolute scam used to have great products but clearly can’t run a business anymore.

I wouldnt bother purchasing from them i have in the past with no issues however this time i ordered on the 14th August and have sent emails asking for a update and have been ignored so be wary as you prob wont get your order, bit disappointing really

Have used Car Cologne a few times in the past with no issues, but placed an order 22nd July (2 weeks ago today), and have had no update at all on order status, nothing has been shipped. Wish I had looked at previous reviews now as it seems this has also happened recently? Sent 2 emails to them and also completed a contact us form on the website with no response at all. Very disappointed as the products are generally good, but the lack of communication is shocking and waiting for 2 weeks now is no use. Have asked for a refund or to have the product shipped as I expected from the start.

I made an order on 4th June 2026. I received an email on 5th informing me that a scent was out of stock. I replied the following day. I heard nothing back. I emailed again 12th June - no reply. I messaged on Instagram on 15th - no reply. I did an online form enquiry a couple of days later, no reply.
This is awful. They have my money for 4x scents and I’ve not received them, my money back or any correspondence.

Car diffusers not working again! Sent two emails but not response!!

SHOCKING HOW THEY CAN OPERATE : Further to the review I left last week. I have reported this to PayPal and explained the situation, shocking customer service and the absolute bull excuses they give. Before I even finished with my complaint pay pal had refunded the full amount. It’s obviously not the first and won’t be the last complaint pay pal have had with this company. I hope this review alerts potential buyers to serve and look for other companies who respect the clients and doesn’t take the money , with a load of BULL to follow.

Without doubt the poorest communications of any company I have ever tried to reach. This company is very eager to send marketing emails but when I try to send them an email asking 1 very simple question, I have never had a reply. It is a shame because the product is excellent.

Initially I had the car diffuser product for around 10 months, I had a couple issues but usually easily resolved without contacting the company, I really enjoyed the product for this period, No issues with scents and a couple of reorders minus being able to order a scent which was out of stock, no major issues and customer service got back to me.

Sadly the product then developed a fault and would not mist, regardless of being charged or not (Sadly after I just spent £25 on new scents.)

I emailed customer service with couple ignored emails and a couple of replies, but finally was advised address and way to return the item. This was completed and item was signed for on 20th October. Since then I have emailed on 23rd Oct, 30th Oct & 9th Nov without replay, messaged today (11th Nov) on instagram and contact us form.

Product appears to be of a poor standard to fault so quickly and customer service (after reading reviews above & my own opinion,) appears to be either ignoring issues or not caring about them. Since I’m now down a diffuser with no understanding of where item is or if it has been fixed or if it will be returned.

My partner did request one for Christmas, after this experience I’ll potentially buy Noir diffuser, higher rating & better customer service on trust pilot when issues appear. Sadly looks like I’ll have to buy two, to replace the car cologne one if I continue to get no replay.

Had an issue once where an item was delayed due to stock. I messaged them on Instagram at night expecting radio silence. Instead, they responded fast, explained what was going on, and made sure a replacement was sent next day. That turned a frustrating situation into a good experience.

After liking my car fresheners so much, I tried their Home Cologne line. The scent carries well through the living room without being overwhelming. Definitely works well for indoor spaces and gives good value.

Bought the Deluxe Car Mist diffuser as a tester. Refilling is surprisingly simple, and I’ve tried three different scents now all good. Customer service helped me pick the right refill when my first scent didn’t quite match my tastes.

I tried one of the “Million”-inspired card fresheners from Car Cologne last week, and it still smells great every time I get in the car. It isn’t overpowering, which I really appreciate. Packaging was neat too no leaks or mess.

I've tried plenty of brands, but Car Cologne's products are by far the best quality. Recently tried their Home Cologne range as well and was very impressed.

Million is my go-to fragrance that really fills the care with a fresh scent. It’s discreet but make a big difference. Been buying with these guys for years and even brands ( Carfume, Noir, Yankee Candle etc) but always come back to Car Cologne. Nothing compares so save your time and money

Car cologne seller are basically theives. Do not buy. The smells are cheap counterfeits of the original and smell disgusting. The deign of the bottles are poor aswell the oil leaks and they don’t close properly. I ordered 3 and wanted to return but it wasn’t possible as they automatically apply a small discount and according to their return policy discounted items are considered sale items and are non refundable so I’m stuck with these cheap car diffusers and I will not be getting my money back from them. Such a rip off! Very sneaky seller. Avoid at all costs!
