How to withdraw

I saw John Stephen on stream talking about his vape and wanted to give him credit. He said he works at Porth branch. Because of all his help on stream yesterday I ordered a vape this morning

I didn't get the name of the gentleman who served me (I know shame on me and I fully apologise for that) BUT it was, without doubt, the very best customer service I have EVER received. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products (liquids, kits inter alia) he was more interested in selling me the right product for ME and that really does make a really pleasant change.

He explained the pros and cons of each kit AS THEY WOULD APPLY TO ME. He personalised the entire sale, was helpful beyond belief and I was truly astonished at his professionalism throughout.

I have been an assessor of customer service for over 20 years and I have NEVER seen such excellence. My absolute congratulations to you sir and if you don't remember who I am - I am the old bat who bought the grey geekvape from you! Well done.

Package received, and all the ejuice I ordered are all accounted for. This store is consistent with high quality stuff.

So i got a new tank and pack of coils the fat rabbit the tank is crapy leaks dose not hold liquids now lets start with these hellavspe coils i got normaly coils last me 2 weeks these ones last about 1 day i tried to lower wat then ran it high i use tje recromned wats as well still only get 1 day on them the empolyee recrmoned them to me had no idea i guess but i will not be goong back there again ill stick to my falcon king also everything was over priced

Was a great shop but the staff have changed, see the recent reviews, the shop does not even comply with customer rights, Overcharging debit cards, Christ try and get a refund, Current staff know as much about vaping products as I do about rocket science, Shame was a great shop

I haven’t received my order yet and there is no tracking so I’m not too sure how long the order will take. The prices were great and i was able to purchase a lot of the vape pods that I haven’t been able to find in stock on many other sites.

Quick shipping. Great product. I am disgusted by trump's stupid law regarding vape bans. I know I will smoke more now. Positively ridiculous. I feel it takes away my constitutional rights.

Having recieved notice that as of today (3/1/21) we will no longer be eligible for delivery of vape supplies, I am sorry to lose this rescourse. Vape Escape has delivered great service and product in a most timely way. Thank You!
