The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

Hug necklace experience.
I was very pleased to see the Hug Necklace was substantially better than the picture suggested. I had a longer wait for delivery than I was expecting, it arrived today 23/2 after being ordered in January for Valentines Day. Customer service was excellent inspite of the delay. I would not hesitate to buy more jewellery from Vassias in future.

Woe long time getting here
Woe long time getting here. Anyway just got all my deliveries opened and checked. As always everything was in order and looking good. I have a few earrings going to my wife tomorrow for valentines day and others I'm saving for her birthday. There is really nothing to complain about everything I was handled extremely professional. Only thing and I'm not picking is there is no lock on the back of some earrings. They won't stay in my wife's ears. If they came with back stops or something like that to prevent fall off everything would be great. Or if someone can send me some earring locks I'd love it. Anyway great company nice people and the product is pretty good. Thanks and happy Valentines day to all.

Today is 08.02.2022. I have made the order and the payment on 21.12.2022. Until today I have asked them many times about my package. I get nothing! I have requested a full refund, the answer was that my address is wrong!!

Designs are good but quality not…
Designs are good but quality not so...most seemed to be made in China and the plastic cast-marks were evident.
I ordered from them and didn’t get 2 items and received items that weren’t in my order. Customer service was good though, and I eventually received the other two items.

I never received my earrings
I never received my earrings. I ordered them 8 weeks ago. I keep getting emails from Vassia asking me how I enjoyed my items. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. They have emailed me 3 separate times and told me that they are sending replacements. I still have never received them.

The customer service was perfect.
I thought I had a problem with delivery and assumed I was being scammed, I contacted Vassias, and too their credit they not only did they keep in constant contact with me they fixed my perceived problem way above what I was expecting.
I have since placed another order for some item for my wife because of how I was looked after.
