Will not be purchasing from them anymore
Purchased eye drops for our pup and he started rubbing his eye. I reached out to the company asking about a satisfaction guarantee or refund or any sort of help and they simply said “no refunds”! They didn’t even question if my pup was ok or what’s going on. No concern at all. Will not be purchasing from them ever again. I don’t trust this company.
No customer service whatsoever via phone, text, or email
Vet approval failed but could not reach Vet Rx by phone, email, or text. Absolutely no customer service. Could not get status on order to resubmit as vet was waiting to approve order.
Non-existent and unresponsive customer service. Therefore I cancelled my order and autoship subscription. I do not trust them.

Instead of replying politely to us, someone named Jane basically replied 'this is what it is and moving forward go find another pharmacy to order from'. Very rude and inconsiderate people.

Problems with their website that prevented me from ordering refill. No response to my VMs or email, no notice that web issue had been fixed--I just had to keep trying until it went thru.

I had a rush order over 10 days ago and it wasn't rushed. Now I no longer need it. I canceled the order through their website, and it still sent a shipping notification. I emailed immediately, and they said they can't cancel it or refund it.
Expect incompetence you will not be disappointed!!!
My original order was supposed to be shipped to the UPS store in Ogdensburg, New York. However, it was incorrectly sent to Mount Dora, Florida.
- According to the email correspondence, it was clear that the packages should not be shipped until the specified arrival date of Friday December 6th 2024 yet they were shipped early and to the wrong address.
- As a result, I experienced inconvenience, including a 40-minute drive to pick up the package, which is time-consuming and frustrating.
You're response to the customer was go find another place to Purchase the product because you can't handle shipping it to Ogdensburg UPS store.
All of the mistaps was on your part. And I am told to go someplace the following is Vetrx response to me..
We regularly ship orders to New York. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a particular carrier when orders ship. In addition, we cannot always guarantee when orders ship. I hope that you are able to get the Visbiome easily from another supplier. Your order has been fully refunded.

We received your voicemail about your recently cancelled order. I am very sorry, but we will not be calling you back, and we will not be able to fill for you anymore. Your misshipped order has been refunded. The order that we received today has been cancelled. No funds were captured. The Visbiome is over-the-counter, so there is no prescription on file.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. We hope you are able to find another supplier that is able to meet your expectations.

I placed an order 10/4 around 3PM and order was delivered to my home by 10/6 by 11AM. Great service! I was very worried about missing a dose of my cat’s heart meds. Thankfully, we didn’t thanks to VetRxDirect!
I have been ordering lactate ringers…
I have been ordering lactate ringers solution for our Precious for a few yrs for her kidney disease. I have found their customer service very good and reasonable prices. One time we had a leaking bag and they credited my account w/ no problem. They are very good in getting in touch w/ you if you let them know. They are prompt in sending their products also.
Great Customer Service
I was a little hesitant to order from Vetrx based on people saying they were hard to reach. They may not have answered the phone as quickly as I would like but I left a message as they called me back the next day!
In addition they were very responsive to emails and texts.
I'm completely satisfied and will continue to order from Vetrx in the future!
No Problems at all
I had no problems with VetRXDirect. They called my vet for my cat’s RX and shipped it right away. I had the medicine within a few days. I was impressed and very happy with them. I would use them again.

This site has had technical issues for…
This site has had technical issues for over 6 months. they keep saying new updates .. they don't notify the customer whats going on w/o us constantly calling in. my order has been inconsistent due to their issues not ours. and i have not received the auto ship. i supposedly spoke to a supervisor and when i asked for accommodations over and above the last episode she said they weren't the right fit for us. after repeatedly suggesting to me that she cancel the order and i go elsewhere .. i repeatedly said i'm not cancelling the order and will decide if i go elsewhere if there is another issue. . and she cancelled the order which i never requested. and hung up.
Blaming Customers for Technical Glitches
I tried to update my address and card data in advance of an auto delivery. Everything worked fine, except that the auto delivery screen still showed the old, expired card number, even though I’d already deleted that card from my account. I clicked on Contact Us, and sent a text to the number listed. And another text. 10 minutes later, two more texts. No response. Already not looking good.
I received a response an hour and a half later, from a different phone number. “Jane” gave me directions for changing my card info. I went through the steps as written, which were the same steps I’d taken previously, with the same result.
When I sent another text to say the problem had not been resolved, I got an auto reply. I saw that as an improvement. While waiting for a response, I tried variations of signing out and in and closing and reopening the browser window, switching back and forth between two devices to test the problem. The result was always the same: everything on my account page was correct, but on the Auto Delivery page, the card number was still incorrect, though everything else was correct.
Jane apologized that her directions weren’t clear, insinuating that the problem existed because I had not followed the directions. The mismatch between the two screens demonstrated that it was a technical issue, but Jane blamed me. Then she decided to cancel my Auto Delivery, not just the next shipment, but the whole order. She did so without asking for my permission or approval.
I asked for my complaint to be escalated to a higher level, hoping to find someone who could recognize a technical issue and refer it to the correct staff person, since Jane was obviously not that person. I haven’t had any response.
To me, this interaction says that customer service at VetRXDirect would rather blame a customer than work toward finding a solution to a problem, even to the extent of canceling an order rather than deal with the problem and/or the customer. You may draw your own conclusions.
This company sucks
This company sucks. First I was told to send my dogs heart meds to them, so I sent the prescription via text/photocopy.
A week later - nothing. I called and they said it would be 3 weeks once they got the snail mailed prescription.
Then when it finally arrived my dog passed from congestive heart failure before we opened the new vetmed at $100.
She never got to use it so I returned in the original unopened container only to get an email saying they could not give me a refund. So I wrote back saying to return it to me and I would give it to someone that cannot afford it, next email said they could not return it as it did not have a prescription, so my vet would have to send another prescription and I would have to pay for it again????? What the hell is that? Ripoff company with terrible service.

Absolutely horrible first time I was going to order from them I sent them my vets phone number and address on Monday my vet faxed them the prescription for my dog I received a copy of the fax I called Tuesday to see when order was being shipped, they told me they didn’t receive the fax had the vet send it again and on Wednesday was told the same thing again on Thursday but they manage to try and charge my card that they seem to be able to do. My advice is not to order from this company because they will charge your credit card and they will give you a lie telling you that they never received the fax. Meanwhile, I have four faxes that were sent to them I don’t see how the faxes got to me, but never to them so naturally, as you can imagine, I contacted my credit card company making sure they don’t get paid and how to order from a reputable company ordered today they received the fax right away and my item is being sent out immediately. Be careful ordering from this company.
not reliable
Took them almost a week to tell me the medication I ordered was actually out of stock. Now, since it took so long, my cat is out of her medicine. I am extremely upset and will never order from here again.
Difficult to Work With
Eventually got our pet's medication but they make it as annoying and painful as possible. Even LIED and said my Vet's office refused to verify the Rx. THEN, they will SPAM you endlessly with surveys and BS that you didn't sign up for. Good Luck getting them to stop. A REALLY super annoying company.
