Victoria Linen Co Avis 

Ordered in total two king and one double split corner valances. These are difficult to find and expensive but I found Victoria Linen to be the most reasonably priced. Had a little wait of just over a week but that was fine. Items arrived so neatly packed that they went straight on to the beds with no need to iron. Also, so pleased to receive the goods packed in strong brown paper, rather than the ubiquitous plastic used by others. So, a particular well done for that! Overall a positive experience, good products, nicely packed at a reasonable cost. Thanks

We ordered a made to measure mattress topper. Told it would be 4 weeks. Got it within 2 weeks. Impressed with the quality of the product. Communication was good, so very pleased with the service. Will be ordering again.

Order placed May 26th, got the acknowledgement with the usual blah blah about covid related delays etc etc etc. Very expensive sheets but would have been worth the price if I'd actually got them. It's now 7 weeks and not heard a peep out of them. Dreadful customer service from a supplier supposedly selling premium goods. I've demanded a refund but have my doubts...

Poorly packaged.
For a premium hand-made product one would expect a more professionally packed product with clearly folded lines.
We unfortunately received crumpled sheets which were put in a package far too small.
Only the top was flat to give the appearance of neatness but underneath was a crumpled unsightly mess .

Superb service and excellent quality. I ordered linen for a 3” 6” single bed which was needed urgently, staff were so helpful and I am grateful to everyone for their fantastic customer service. Will definitely order from them again.

Claire at Victoria Linen Co and others are excellent staff, very helpful and friendly! We ordered a complete made to measure set for our super king size four poster bed. My wife is very particular about quality and style and she is extremely pleased with what got. It is not always she gives full credit as a hard to please person! We both highly recommend Victoria Linen for superior quality and value for money ! Why look elsewhere when you know you can place your trust and faith in Victoria Linen !

Used these folk for 10 years now. Great service. Products do the job I need which for me is custom sized fitted sheets and mattress protectors.

Please be careful if ordering from this company and take care to read the small print. They refused to exchange 4 sheets when they didn’t fit my fathers profile bed, this was in spite of them confirming over the telephone they were the correct size. They refused to give a refund claiming they were custom made -an important fact I had apparently failed to spot when I read the item description on their website. I still do not believe an item should be classified as bespoke when an identical product could be purchased by others simply by selecting it from the website without giving specific measurements. Instead they advised me to pay extra to have the sheets made smaller or purchase the correct size sheets for an additional £120 (leaving me with 4 sheets which we couldn’t use). Eventually Paypal stepped in and agreed I had been unfairly treated and refunded me the original cost. I still feel upset by Victoria Linens attitude and personally would not wish to liaise or have any contact with them again - a real shame when the quality of the sheets was actually very good.

Really good quality pillow top delivered just outside the original 3 week estimation, but very pleased with the quality of workmanship. They're not quick, but are upfront about this, as these Emperor size products are made offsite.
