Product as discribed

Exactly as described, lovely flooring, super fast delivery, excellent quality & will definitely be back to buy some more for another room, communication was also excellent.
Highly recommend this company
5*

I will be honest the quality was much better than I had expected for the price delivery was fast only thing that bugged me was having to order in fixed meters when only needing 2m by 1.1m but having to order 2m by 2m meaning I had to buy almost twice what I needed bugged me even more when the 2x by 2x I paid for then came as 2x by 2.3x

Great service and product at reasonable prices would highly recommend using

Ordering was straightforward and I received updates on my delivery
Great quality carpet yet to install

Happy with the service

Finally can start making my kitchen look nice

Great selection of vinyl flooring at very competitive prices.
Easy to compare and order from the website with fast delivery and good communication

Totally unsatisfactory product and service! Lino came with multiple triangular tears in it, there was a slight print defect and it was filthy!
Trued to get through to customer services numerous times- the line kept ringing out and then connecting to a B.T answering machine and although I left contact details I never got called back. Ended up having to throw the lino and reorder from somewhere else. I've used this company before to order the same product in a smaller quantity and received excellent service so am baffled by this experience.

Really helpful webchat person when I struggled with my order. (my fault not theirs)
He soon sorted me out, I got a great deal, really quick delivery and really good quality floor for my bathroom. I certainly recommend them.

Great service good quality and looks great.

Good quality at reasonable price and smooth delivery. I'll order again

Brilliant service quick delivery and best price, highly recommend, I will definitely use you again

Ordered their product and paid via amazon pay. The money has been deducted but company claim no order received and they are refusing to assist with tracking down my lost money.
Dora

I recently purchased a 2 x 3.5m piece of vinyl flooring for my bathroom, along with adhesive from Vinyl Flooring UK. While there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing.
Adhesive Performance & Advice

One of the highlights was the adhesive, which performed exceedingly well. I also appreciated the advice given regarding the quantity of adhesive required; it was spot-on and prevented any wastage.
Quality Control Issues

However, the main drawback was the quality of the vinyl itself. After unrolling the entire piece, I discovered that the vinyl was torn in two separate places. What makes this particularly concerning is that these tears were deep within the roll, not on the outer layer, indicating that this was not a shipping or handling issue. The product was well-wrapped, and there were no signs of damage to the packaging, further suggesting that these defects originated from the manufacturing process.
Pros

Excellent adhesive performance
Accurate advice regarding adhesive quantity

Cons

Poor quality control, resulting in damaged product
Tears in the vinyl not visible until fully unrolled

In conclusion, the adhesive and advice provided by Vinyl Flooring UK are commendable. However, the quality control of the vinyl flooring leaves much to be desired. These issues significantly impacted my project and, therefore, I find it difficult to give this product more than a 2 out of 5-star rating. Proceed cautiously if you're considering purchasing from Vinyl Flooring UK.
