Virginia Hayward Avis 

I ordered a port and wine hamper, they sent out just a cheese hamper. I ordered it just prior to Christmas to ensure my elderly dad received it in time. I emailed to explain, had to send photos etc which was a pain as had to go over to do this as he can't do it himself, then they got back in touch after Christmas admitting the error and promising the correct one would be sent out by New Year's Eve. On New Year's Eve I receive an email to say it won't be sent out as there has been another error and offering a refund, so my dad never got his Christmas gift. Really shoddy customer service, won't be using this company again.

Excellent hamper with high-quality products and nicely gift-packed to impress. My recipient enjoyed both receiving it and tasting all included in the hamper. Delivered on time too as agreed which is important around Christmas period.

Brought a Christmas hamper - great value for money, well packaged in a lovely gift box. I keep returning year after year to purchase hampers at Christmas because they are great.

Ordered my daughter a hamper as we would not be seeing her at Christmas. Set delivery for Christmas eve. Daughter waited in all day and we thought great she is getting a nice treat. FedEx site was showing as in depot. Fantastic we thought. Got a little concerned around 2pm when FedEx site was saying still not out for delivery. Did the chat it. It said it would be delivered by 6,pm. 6pm came and went then got a message from FedEx saying it would not be delivered until 39/12/3025. No one in at hamper company FedEx closed for Christmas. Daughters surprise ruined

The order was a gift and was sent directly to person receiving the gift, She told me she was delighted with it. She had also tried an item from the hamper and said it was delicious.
From my point of view the ordering process was not complicated and with free delivery was also cost effective.

I ordered five hampers from Virginia Hampers as Christmas presents – three Mistletoe Gift Baskets and two The Big Cheese Christmas Hampers – and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The quality of the hampers was outstanding. The wicker baskets for the Mistletoe Gift Baskets were absolutely beautiful and felt truly special. If you value quality over quantity, these are definitely the ones to choose. I have to admit, I wouldn’t have minded keeping one of the Cheese Hampers for myself! Delivery was prompt and exactly as promised. A big thank you to the team for making this such a lovely experience.

Extremely disappointed with the hamper I ordered. I would have Ben better making one myself . I’ve received and sent many hampers that were nice but not this . Nothing says Christmas like a big Evri label on the box. The greeting is on a peel back sticker I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift

I Ordered 50 several different ones for staff hampers.
We have ordered from several hamper company's in the past and this was the first time from VH.
ordering was easy, i called to check when delivery was and was emailed a date back within 2hours.
the staff are very happy and pleased with their hampers and several have quoted that this is the first time everything in the hamper is edible and not some bizarre things will definitely order again

Overall, I was happy with the experience of sending a Christmas hamper via Virginia Hayward. The recipient was happy with it, and that was good enough for me. My only cause for compliant was the lack of delivery information. I was expecting to get notified of it's dispatch and delivery, but this never happened. I only found out it was delivered when the recipient contacted me. May be I was expected to track it myself, but I've never had to do that with any other company. I found that to be an annoyance.
