Great Customer Service
Item was out of stock even though it was available to purchase on the website. Normally, I would get an email telling me that my order will be cancelled. Was instead contacted by them to say they’d be helping to order from their supplier, so there’ll be some delays. Very prompt follow up and effort to help their customers.

Outstanding customer service both over the phone and by email from Suzanne and herv team at V3K.I was unsure whether to purchase sunglasses over the internet but after speaking to Suzanne I gave it a try.I am delighted with the product,speed of delivery and communications with V3K.How nice in this day and age that you can speak to competent and considerate people easily over the phone with a web based shop.
