I waited 2 weeks for my package. I was not prepared for that.
Each (!) time I tracked my order I was told that I could pick up my parcel on the 29th of May (I understood: not a day before). So maybe your have a problem in your messages, since you tell me that you have tried to deliver at my door on the 18th.

Hello Eva. Your order was placed on the 15th of May in the evening and shipped out the next following day on the 16th. Due to Bank Holiday on the 18th, UPS tried to deliver your parcel on the 19th at your home. And it was then sent to a shop where you picked it up yesterday on the 29th of May.
