I posted a negative review a couple of weeks ago when my order arrived piecemeal and I was unable to contact anyone.

Things have changed since then and Jesse is making every effort to rectify the delivery problem.

Absolutely no complaint with the value and quality of the product so I have no hesitation recommending this firm.

Easy to use website. Clear pricing. Clear communication throughout. Delivered on time, to the hour. Helpful and professional delivery.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!……I ordered a French door complete kit….when really it should say French door set without hinges….handles…or lever!….after being told by there own website bot chat the doors come fully complete WITH handles..hinges..lever…I mean surely that is what a COMPLETE KIT is surely???? So when I phoned them to say about this I was told it’s just the doors and frame nothing else, so when I told them I had a screen shot of the chat stating I was told the set was complete with Everything, I was told to email the screenshot and they would see what they could do….so after 3 emails to them I still got no response from them.so I phoned them to be told it was a error of there chat bot and it shouldn’t have said that to me?!….i was offered £15…however with that £15 i had to buy 6 hinges and 4 handles!!…so please anyone ready this stay away from this company the after sales is absolutely ridiculous!!!..They mis sale there products to get your money then leave you high and dry. Maybe as a company they should re train there after team staff into keeping customers happy when the customer has been mis sold one of there products!…..the INCOMPLETE French door kits it should say!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .Worse company ever .We ended up paying for £77 return as the double doors was no good to us and they new it for there mess up .Waiting for a refund that normal once any company do it we have it back in account the next after the bank turn around and still nothing .On phone for the 48th time this time for 3 hours being at no1 after another 33 mins someone did pick up gave the normal rubbish let me go and ask someone put on silent why expected they counting sat in their chair before they come back on call to you .In total 68 emails 48 calls and we see by tomorrow if we have to get back on the phone fast enough to take people money bad service and slow on refund for there mess up .

Delivery company said that it was delivered but i do not have my product. 1 star review also given to XDP delivery.
Tried calling Vivid Doors but was on hold for over 10 minutes so gave up.

Second time ordering from this company and although I had to wait for stock to come in which fortunately I was in no hurry for, delivery was again excellent and an extremely helpful delivery driver who was brilliant have to say a credit to the company .
Items were all perfect and now look amazing all hung with nice reasonable quality handles catches and hinges thrown in for free with some of the purchases I would recommend this company but just be aware if you need items in a hurry sometimes they are waiting for stock to come in otherwise all good .

Out of stock doors once order placed.
Poor communication with updates, slow replies to emails and unanswered calls despite being number 1 in the queue for 15+ mins at a time with no answer over a period of days.
However, once order fulfilled, the doors were of good quality and met needs. Delivery was as scheduled with tracking and within the time window.

Very good, kept in contact to let us know how far they were. The guy put the doors in for me. Would used again very happy

I'm a retired carpenter,the wife wanted new doors and we chose these. Excellent quality,and extremely great value for money, considering handles locks and hinges were thrown in for free.so at £65 a door these were perfect.once oiled the grain came up beautifully.absolutely perfect buy.not a mark in transit either 👍

Efficient, value for money and quick delivery!

Extremely poor experience from start to finish. Delivery dates were missed multiple times with no communication, and I was even incorrectly told the items had already been delivered. When the doors finally arrived, they were left without notice and all were damaged.
The company has yet to take proper responsibility or offer a clear resolution - only vague responses blaming suppliers.
Overall, unreliable service, poor communication and unacceptable product quality. I would not recommend.

Almost 10 days on from emailing my concern and still no action / response to most recent email - yet can respond to Trip Advisor asking for a reference number.

Update 29.04 - Vivid doors have now declared I need to liaise with the third party company they bought the doors from to resolve this. Avoid!

Great website, great advice and service when ordering. But once you have ordered, no delivery updates and when you call you get an update you’re in a queue for so long you give up. I then emailed for an update on delivery as I heard nothing and you get an automated response, someone will be in touch in 3 working days.

According to their website, they say the delivery company will txt/email/call you in advance to advise if delivery. No one contacted me, instead the driver just turned up with the doors. What if I wasn’t home? Awful service from after sales and the delivery company.

I'm Disgusted with the service will not use this company again .Ordered 7 doors and 1 double door 4 weeks ago got delivery date when the men turned up the delivered the 7 doors but no double doors got told to take up with this company .After paying for the doors over a week ago they tell me the double doors was not in stoke and didnt know when they be in they had to ring the company they get them off to be told they due in on the 4th April to find out they didn't get them in till 8th April .We have been the ones phoning to get updates to be lied to and get told someone will call us back and still no call back.Then today get a text to say the doors will be delivered between 5pm 7pm tracked the driver every 30 mins one min he 3 miles away from then 6 miles away for 2 hours and then just started following driver now he heading home and once again got no doors .

We measured and bought 2 doors/furniture and a frame. We were let down by a carpenter so it took 8 weeks to actually discover one door and frame were the wrong size. Vivid were pretty unhelpful basically saying "its your problem" Then eventually when they did take us seriously we were pasted a reply from the "supplier" saying we were too late to exchange, I have £500 of stuff I can't use. Vivid are a middleman not an actual manufacturer of the doors. They take a cut but no responsibility, and they don't have a customer service or care attitude.
