Phan Boi was really friendly and very helpful. She explained everything as she took me through the process of getting a new phone contract...from trading my old phone in to transferring my number over. Everything was sorted very quickly and professionally. Thank you...!

Very happy with overall product & service
I was due an upgrade so I went into the Basildon branch and was served by Scott.
Scott took his time to listen to my needs and wants, he communicated my options well and talk me through all aspects of my upgrade.
