Karl and Andreea have been helping to cancel my account and give me a new sim card
They have been doing a great job absolutely amazing work on my account and they have been satisfied my explanation .
The customer service representative was able to contact and help with my issue and I’m happy and gladly accept they have been following my explanation during my visit on the store.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone to the latest model and Dylan was great taking me through all my options and being patient with me while I made my decision. Great customer service skills and really seemed to take an interest in my needs. Will definitely return to Dylan for any future upgrades.
