I've been a shareholder and customer of…
I've been a shareholder and customer of Vodafone for c.30 years and I was disappointed in the customer service at the Bexhill Vodafone store today, served by Ryan & Toby. I have a contract but they refused to replace a faulty ch cable as it was 5 weeks' "manufacturing guarantee" they agreed to charge my phone for me but advised that sales are their priority so if another customer comes in they will be priority over me and I'll have to move. I said I should be of equal priority but they disagreed. They then asked if I would go and get a cup of tea and come back, which I did. No customers should ever be told that they are less priority. Please let me know how you are going to address that.

Great customer service
Whilst resolving a minor issue with my account Thomas alerted me to a loyalty discount for the two phones on my account.
I’m now saving £12 a month and have unlimited calls, texts and data. I also retain global roaming on my number.
All I had to do is pay off my phone.
Great job!

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, taking after 2 hours they cant able to figure out whats going on their end, i have taken phone from carphone warehouse contract is for 56GBP , once contract ended still they want me to pay same amout even device contract ended .
if i used airtime i need to charge around 20 not 56GBP , very very worst customer service they are unable to understand concern when i asked them to connect to manager waited for me online for 45 mins then disconnected call wowwww .Thanks for wasting time
Not only me i wont recommend anyother to take vodafone.
