Fantastic service!
I visited Vodafone to renew my contract and was helped by George who was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get me a great deal. There's a lot to be said for face to face help in retail and George was a perfect example of how it done!

Helpful Bishop Auckland store is a credit to Vodafone
Came into the Bishop Auckland store to cancel a broadband switch, which sadly we couldn't do over the phone (as we'd switched to Vodafone via a 3rd party site). George was amazing in helping us to cancel the switch, he's clearly an asset to Vodafone. Once we can get out of the contract with our current provider without the £££ fees we hope to be switching to Vodafone.
