Connor,at Vodafone Broadmead Bristol,immediately came smiling towards me,warmly ready to help;he was friendly,kind,knowledgeable,efficient,& excellent at immensely good communication.He listened so well to what I needed,he asked terrific questions to identify the very best package he could put in place for me,then worked with great care & focus on putting each part of the new contract in place.He is truly a magician of magnificent communication & sparkling good service.I'm highly thankful to him for his expert help.I'm also very impressed that Vodafone deeply value loyal customers,& that they reflect this in the costs,when putting a fresh contract in place.
