A few weeks ago I went into Vodafone…
A few weeks ago I went into Vodafone Bromley and was assisted by TEVARY. I wanted to change my plan to something cheaper. I am retired and because of the recent rise in price, I would have found it hard to afford it. He was so helpful, over and above. He took time to look up the best , cheaper plan. I couldn’t change my plan before 6 th September and was unable to get to the shop before today.
I went back today, he remembered me and changed my plan, answering my questions. Very polite and really knows his stuff. Please pass on my thanks..

Jr in the Bromley store solved my phone…
Jr in the Bromley store solved my phone issue that Vodafone technical department could not. I also got a new and better contract. I went into the shop very unhappy and came out a very happy bunny. Thank you Jr.

Drae is an absolute credit to your company. I have had major fraud problems and haven't got much sense from using online chat...visited Bromley this afternoon and met Drae, professional, friendly and so efficient.
