Thank you very much to Shannon at Vodafone Caerphilly store. I had broken my phone and had to get a new one which I always find confusing and stressful as I have a brain tumour that affects my memory and I can find it all too confusing . Shannon answered all my questions and talked me through all my options. She was fantastically knowledgeable and very kind and patient. She also helped me setup my iCloud account and how to sync my old email address. Unfortunately I don’t think there was a manager on site yesterday when I wanted to give the positive feedback on how helpful Shannon was but I really hope this review gets to somebody in management and that she is recognised for being fantastic at her job. Great Experience
Upgraded my phone in the Caerphilly store and the staff were exceptional. The service and friendliness was fantastic along with the knowledge they both gave. Shannon was so knowledgeable and helped me understand area of my phone that I didn’t understand. Thank you very much x

Friendly helpful staff
The staff in the Caerphilly Vodaphone store have been so helpful and I would strongly reccomend them to anyone looking to change service provider or purchase a new phone and accessories. I would like to add that Shannon's knowledge and professional attitude is second to none and believe vodaphone are lucky to have such a talented young lady in their work force.

Amazing service
I popped in to the store on Monday after losing my phone Sunday.
The guy who sorted me out with a new phone was amazing. And even reduced my plan for me with Black Friday offers (good time to lose a phone)
Everything was so professional.
I was upset about losing my phone so the ease the store put me at was very much appreciated.
The best service.
