Very helpful knowledgeable staff
I came in today to collect an phone for an online upgrade. I was Assisted by Billy who was very helpful and took the time to enquire as to my phone use and needs. He then recommended an alternative plan and a trade in offer my current handset. I now have both an better model and sim plan than I ordered online for less than I was going to pay. I couldn't rate the customer service Higher and I'll definitely be coming into store for all my future upgrades
