Went to the Vodafone Chichester to get a new phone at the end of the current contract
Musad was brilliant in looking after us his patience with the system operated by Vodafone whilst looking after his customer was first class we made two trips to the store overall took over 4 hours to get the new phone due to the changeover from the old phone to the new phone

Great service with a smile!
I recently had issues with my phone and visited this store to try to resolve them. At the time, all the staff were engaged with other customers, but I was assured with a smile and a warm welcome that they would help asap. I feel strongly that the manager of the store deserves a special mention, because the problems were complex. It took him almost an hour to finally solve them, and he did so with professional expertise and tremendous patience. I would highly recommend the great customer service at this store.
