My contract was up for renewal
My contract was up for renewal. I went in there to get a price on either sim only or a new handset aswell. Freddie in Crawley, County Mall was fantastic in quickly working out how much I had remaining on my handset and what the cost would look like if I upgraded. I have dealt with Freddy a number of times and he's always been friendly. Excellent service, thank you.

So where do I begin…
So where do I begin… I’m a small business owner based in West Sussex who does weekly markets and I’ve been having some issues arise recently with my phone connecting to data! Went into Vodafone Crawley and was greeted swiftly by the manager Kieron who sat me down and found the solution to my pressing issue! Five Star Freddy🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing customer service from Freddy. I had an issue regarding my broadband…
I had an issue regarding my broadband service, went into store and was served by Kai who initially told me there isn’t much they can do in regards to my internet, but he then sat me down, called customers service with me and helped me get someone on the phone who helped me look into the problem and find it.
