Happy customer
Freddy helped me with roaming back in August and we discussed getting a new phone when I was ready. I visited the shop today and Freddy helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He is very easy to talk to and listened to and acted on my wishes.
It was done quickly and easily and with his sense of humour it was a very good experience.

Would like to sharing an experience, some days ago I had accident with swindler on my phone and one fantastic Ben from Vodafone company from Crawley very quickly decide all questions with my account which was really unbelievable helpful! I am very THANK to BEN for quickly help and save my account and all information. Really advice to discuss with him about any info in the office, he is honest!

I went into store on the 16th November to ask an advisor about my upgrade and what my options were. The advisor I had was called Freddy and he was extremely helpful and informative about what my options are. Him and his whole team were very helpful and patient with me which I appreciated.

Kai at Crawley was extremely helpful
Kai at Crawley was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to get my account moved from Business to Personal. He went through my whole plan and I’m now in process of moving from BT broadband to Vodafone. I’ve never been in the Crawley branch but as Kai is based there we will be going there in future.
