First rate service!
First rate service My husband and I went to the Darlington store because we needed help withe management of our phones. Store manager Reece was excellent in his handling of our concerns and was able to give good advice in addition to reviewing our contract which reduced our costs.

Sorted our app issue
We called into Vodafone today to sort out an issue with the app not registering our details, we were served by Neive, and she sorted out our problem with a very calm, attentive and professional service, and also arranged for us to have a better and cheaper deal.

Went in to get help with a problem.
Went in to get help with a problem with a broken tablet. The staff couldn't tell me who my insurance was with or what device it was for but knew I'd been paying it for 3 years. When I questioned the practice of taking money from someone for that long without knowing why the manager proceeded to say that it was ok. I said it was an horrible thing to do and he shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes at me and threw his arms up. I said who does he think he is, the staff said that he was the manager, does this mean they think it's ok to disrespect customers? A very poor example for them and a distressing experience for me, this was added to by the manager slow clapping me as I left the store. I was angry and slung an insult and slammed the door as the clapping occurred but I am still left with no solution for my problem.
