Emma is absolutely awesome. She has looked after my 82 year old Mum with so much patience and kindness. My mother visits the Exmouth store at least once a week. No request or query is too much for Emma. It is so good to know there are still such wonderful individuals so willing to help. I cannot recommend the store enough. Thank you

John Assistant Manager
I had such a great experience with John, the assistant manager at Vodafone. Honestly, what had taken me around four months to try and sort out online was resolved by him in just a matter of minutes. I couldn’t believe how efficient and knowledgeable he was.
Not only did he fix everything quickly, but his humour made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely friendly at the same time.
On top of that, he went out of his way to offer us some really good deals, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t be more grateful for his help and outstanding service. Vodafone is lucky to have someone like John on their team.
