Amazing customer service
Grant in the Folkestone store went above and beyond for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable and managed to sort me out with a new phone which is a lot more than the online chat person was able to do! Restored my faith in Vodafone after a complete faff trying to order online.

Jessica and the whole team were…
Jessica and the whole team were absolutely lovely during my time in the store. I came in to order the new I phone and didn’t have my card on me for the authentication yet she still went through the whole plan with me and ensured me that she was in store the following day for me to complete the process then. She also was very accommodating as I had a little one with me and was very attentive to our needs. The whole Vodafone team in Folkestone seems to be wonderful and work together very well.

FOLKESTONE STORE EXCELLENT
We went to the Vodafone shop in Folkestone. We were fortunate to get Brett to help us.
He was patient (we are ancient so he needed to be patient), helpful, friendly, calm and professional.
Both my husband and I had a problem but he helped us both and solved our problem.
I would definitely recommend Brett and this store.

Change of plans and upgrade of phones
Best customer service i had so far with vodaphone, spent 2 hrs going through my plans and upgrade with phkne contact transferred and saved me money
The service person was bret at folkstone, very patient , polite, and looking after my requests was nice to have and the time was never an problem very helpful will now away come and see him in the future upgrades..
