Popped in the Folkestone branch as my WhatsApp wasn't ringing. Andrew the advisor is soon patient. Got into my settings and worked out what I had done wrong. He also looked to see if my plan was due for an upgrade. Andrew is so helpful and professional and very pleasant to speak to .

I have been a Vodafone customer for many years and never had to complain until now.
I recently took my phone into the Folkestone branch for repair to a broken screen, luckily it was still under warranty.
They booked it in for repair and said I would get an email to confirm, and when it would be back .
Vodafone carried out the repair,and sent my phone back to store via DHL delivery company.
Unfortunately my phone never arrived back to the store,( I kept checking every day for 2 weeks)
apparently it was "damaged in transit" according to DHL.
The store manager Neil Price and store assistant Grant were very kind and helpful in trying to retrieve my phone, as I was extremely upset about it.
Both guys were extremely helpful and did their very best to get my phone back, unfortunately without success.
Their customer service went above and beyond, both going that extra mile to help me, in a very difficult situation.
Neil Price & Grant Holden , you are both a credit to Vodafone.

Brilliant customer service for a headache of a problem
Matthew was nothing but helpful on my visit instore. I've had problems with my Vodafone online account for a few years now due to an admin error when I first joined Vodafone and he efficiently solved this issue for me, aswell as helped me get an excellent deal on my broadband with my contract expiring soon. Brilliant customer service.

Neil the Folkestone store manger was an absolute gem today with helping my friend stort her new phone and open a new contract we even opted to get a Samsung tablet aswell due to the amazing deals that were thoroughly explained to us, 10/10 would recommend his happy and friendly services

Great service.
Went in store today to upgrade partners phone and was served by grant and newbie matt.
We explained the reason for our visit and they were very helpful. Asked what we were looking for in a phone and went through the phones which he thought was suitable.
Grant was training matt which he was a 10/10. We went through all the options available and agreed on best one.
Overall fantastic experience with laughs and jokes. Would defo visit that store again.
Left feeling like our needs were met.
