I am a Three customer who visited the Gainsborough Store today as our local Three store has shut down for refit.
Tyler the store manager provided excellent service and helped me with the query which I had, Tyler explained that the Vodafone store in Gainsborough can also serve Three customers here so I will be back here to deal with them in the future.

I visited the store today on 2 occasions.
I had problems with my phone that went faulty.
The gentleman in the store who was called Tyler, was absolutely outstanding.
He couldn’t do enough for me.
I was delighted how he sorted my phone out for me.
Tyler is an absolute credit to Vodafone, if only there were more people like this gent.

Went in to add a tablet to my account. We were served by a lovely and helpful gentleman called James. Nothing was to much for him and everything was done was done quickly couldn't have asked for better service
