Good service
Having had a less than satisfactory experience with the Vodaphone customer service phone line, I popped into Braehead's Vodaphone shop & had excellent service from Darren.
He showed endless patience, explained things simply & phoned the help line on my behalf.
Not sure I would choose Vodaphone again, but dealing with staff like Darren might sway me.
