Having just returned from this store I can’t thank and praise the 2 staff who helped me with everything enough, from getting me the correct contract to helping me transfer and set everything up. Cole thanks so much for spending so much time setting up my new phone and helping me. Kieran also for all your advice. Both of these young men are a real asset to this store and would highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

New phone purchase for elderly parent
We purchased a new mobile phone for my elderly father from the Vodafone store at Silverburn Mall. The team there - particularly Kieran & Amrit - were amazing. They were so patient in explaining the different options, answering my father’s many questions - sometimes several times, helped set up a contract that worked for him and then took time to transfer the numbers and data from two very old phones on to a new model along with his apps, photos and other data. They were simply outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for their patience and assistance.
