Guildford shop
Went into the Guildford store today with a frozen screen. I tried all the usual methods to reboot without success. The lovely person fixed it in 5 mins and no charge! The only problem was he wouldn't/couldn't tell me how he did it! I'm sorry I didn't get your name but possibly British Chinese heritage..you are a star.Thank you for sorting!

I had a very good visit to the Guildford shop after a very difficult phone interaction.
I was greeted by Steve who quickly found out what I needed and passed me to the expert Mo.

Steve surprised me
Steve surprised me. He managed to give me a better package than I was already on and a brand new phone. He set it up for me the £25 charge was a bargain every thing was there just as I hoped it would be.
