Highly do not recommend I went into…
Highly do not recommend I went into Currys to set up was told 2 weeks it’s been almost a month now and only today I got told I would be delayed a further 3 days I called to cancel and they tell me they can’t over the phone and i need to go to the showroom to do so

Met with Taz who helped with the…..
Met with Taz who helped with the purchase of my new phone. She was very helpful and we had lots of fun , even though she was dealing with an OAP 🤣.
She didn’t make me feel out of touch with replacing my iPhone 6 even though she found it hilarious. Seriously, it was a very good experience and I’m happily leaving with an iPhone 14. Whoop whoop.

I spoke with Lisa at the Halifax branch…
I spoke with Lisa at the Halifax branch about a billing issue. She very quickly knew what had happened and explained what the issue was and we sorted it out. Lisa also noticed that I was paying much more monthly than what I had to and helped me upgrade my personal hotspot device and got me over 50% off what I was paying monthly for the plan.
I’m very glad I popped in, and very grateful for Lisa’s help!
