Great if you need a new phone.
Desperately needed a new phone, as my old one was seven years plus old and was not working properly.
Went into the shop and spoke to Ricardo who was very knowledgeable, and possibly was the manager there.
I am now using my new phone and I absolutely love it.
Definitely recommend using this shop.If you need a new phone, as they will definitely get you a good deal.
Great customer service didn't have to wait long to be sorted out.

I recently went into store to upgrade…
I recently went into store to upgrade my phone and get a reduced monthly cost as the online offers were not great. My first visit took 1.5hrs and the staff were really helpful and got my a new phone and contract within my budget but had to wait for the phone to be delivered, it was delivered to store so I had to return, due to how busy the store was, I waited and this visit was 2hrs, but was able to transfer everything myself instore, Ricardo and Adam were both helpful and oversaw what I needed while dealing with other customers. Positive experience, thank you.
