Excellent service from helpful staff
Went into Ipswich shop to discuss SIM only plan and Broadband. We were helped by two members of staff who couldn't be more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Customer service and knowledge were excellent. They even helped me with a problem with my phone going above and beyond that my current provider would not help at all. When my phone contract is up I will be definitely switching to Vodafone with support like this. Would 100% recommend the staff in this store - good old fashioned service which is so rare these days!

Superb customer service experience at…
Superb customer service experience at Ipswich Vodafone Store Tavern St, from Ben and Cali.
Went in store to sort a new phone/contract for my Grandad.
Ben and Cali, two very friendly, extremely knowledgable and helpful staff members who made phone shopping easy.
Gave us all the infomation and help we was looking for.
Answered all questions.
Made the experience stress free, very educational and patient with my grandad on technology and deals.
It is so important to have stores and staff like this, where we can sit in person with and talk face to face, compared to it doing it all online.

The service we received from Vodafone ipswich
The service we received from the Ipswich Vodafone shop was very good and the advisor (Karen I think?) help and support in getting both the broadband and SIM deal sorted was excellent. Very helpful and supportive and was very patient in dealing with a complex and difficult change of provider. Really good.

Fantastic service from Kurt
Fantastic service from Kurt, the manager at Vodafone Ipswich. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I needed. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Kurt went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and I left really happy with the service.

Great face to face experience
Ben was really patient and helpful in trying to get our monthly costs down, not only on one phone but also our broadband package, saving us money each month. He also upgraded another phone’s SIM at the same time. I normally upgrade online and never been very happy, but would go in to a shop personally in future.
