I didn't even want to give Vodafone one…
I didn't even want to give Vodafone one star, i started Vodafone at least 5 months ago and i keep loosing Connection plus i can't even make a phone call to my doctor, this keeps happening, i've been back to the Vodafone shop and they make excuses up, if your data is cut of you can still make phone calls, Voda fone is so bad to there Customers, when i went to Vodafone first a young man served me, but he shouldn't have been been doing it on his own because when i went back to the Vodafone shop they told me he was a trainee and laughed about sacking him and his selling coffee now, so what the hell am i paying EE aswell as Vodafone, when i said i've got to phone EE to cancel them he said no you don't have to because it will automactically go on to Vodafone service, well he was not right because EE was still taking money from the bank, so i'm cut off from Vodafone and don't know why and i'm 76 years old and constantly in touch with the hospital with my breathing, but now the hospital is phoning my family cos they can't get through to me but my daughters are away in greece can you imagine what my family is going through, so people just think before you join Vodafone, because right now i'm using my Sky wi fi to put this comment on here.

The customer service was excellent. Siva was patient and approachable and explained everything every step of the way. It gave me confidence that switching to Vodafone was the correct choice.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my Vodafone SIM and phone contract to shiva and Avneesh.
Overall, I appreciate your support during the process. However, I felt that some of the contract details, particularly around the terms, costs, and commitments, could have been explained more clearly before I agreed to the contract. Having a clearer breakdown of the monthly charges, contract length, and any applicable fees would have helped me make a more informed decision.
