Wonderful customer service
Went into the Lichfield branch and spoke with Liam, who was extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Made the whole experience easy thanks to his knowledge and friendly demeanour.
I would recommend anybody to use Vodafone based on the great customer service alone!

I went into Vodafone Lichfield to…
I went into Vodafone Lichfield to upgrade my phone. Liam was really helpful, explained everything I asked about, was knowledgeable about the different phones I was interested in and the different plans and what the they included.
He also told me about sim only deals which were at a discount as I’m a Vodafone customer, which will benefit my 2 daughters. Would highly recommend Liam and his team.
