Great customer service skills from Aaron and Maya
Excellent customer service from Aaron Manager at Vodafone store Clapham junction. A very warm welcome from the front door, he answered my queries perfectly and directed to one of his staff Maya to deal with it! Very well done I’m now sorted and both numbers are working.
Would definitely recommend this store for future purchases and upgrades . Also great sales skills and good supervision I must say. Aaron🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Also Great customer service skills from Maya, retail adviser in the same store. Got an additional contract on Vodafone and the previous one automatically stopped working and the new one would not give access to the internet. When I popped in the store , Maya was such a great help, patient and very welcoming which made the service even greater and efficient!

When I had porting trouble to Vodafone, Maarya, Josh and Alex went out of their way to contact the porting team for me - providing a timeframe and explanation. They also provided a temporary SIM to get me connected again.
