Nadia was amazing, she was so kind and professional, I came in having issues with my pay as you go sim, we ended up moving to a contract which was surprisingly cheaper! Great service

I have visited the Vodafone store in…
I have visited the Vodafone store in Surrey Quays several times, and every experience has been excellent. When my phone was stolen, Tareq helped me with outstanding professionalism and made a very stressful situation much easier. Thanks to his advice, I was very happy with my new phone deal.
Today, I returned to get a new SIM card for my nephew, and we ended up leaving with a new contract and his dream phone! Nadia was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Her warm personality, excellent communication skills, and friendly approach made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
I was also delighted to learn that Tareq has been promoted to Assistant Manager. He offered me some fantastic benefits and made me an even happier Vodafone customer. It's wonderful to see that Vodafone recognises and rewards employees who work hard and provide exceptional customer service.
As a long-term customer, experiences like these give me every reason to stay with Vodafone for many more years. Thank you, Tareq and Nadia, for your excellent service.

No order notification
Quick pick up, but quite irritated it seems from when my item arrived it wasn’t checked in - I had to chance it and come in to see if it was there. It’s only once I was in store and went through security checks I got a text message to say my item has arrived in store; I don’t think that’s how the collect function is supposed to work. Friendly staff overall but I’ve never had this issue with another store where they don’t know what order is there and what isn’t there.
