Friendly and helpful staff
Sasha was absolutely lovely in helping me with my phone issues. She's very patient, professional and knowledgeable regarding the steps needed to dolve my issue. Sasha was very helpful and friendly and cannot recommend her enough. Definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work! Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Sasha helped me order a new smart watch on the sunday and it had arrived in store by Tuesday. Both interaction with her were absolutely amazing. She is such a breath of fresh air, so friendly and helpful. She is a real credit to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend the store to others. Sasha And Jay are top!
I recently visited the Vodafone store in Long Eaton after struggling to upgrade my contract online, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Sasha was incredibly welcoming and approachable. She immediately listened to the issues I’d been facing online and took the time to fully understand what I needed from my new plan.
What stood out most was Sasha’s patience and professionalism. She explained all the available options clearly, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting with my upgrade, without any pressure or confusion. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, but never rushed me – it felt like she genuinely wanted me to leave with the best deal for my needs.
Her customer service skills are outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and very solution-focused. It completely took the stress out of what had been a frustrating process online.
I also had the pleasure of chatting with Jay while I was there. He was equally friendly and easy to talk to, adding to the relaxed and positive atmosphere in the store. Between them, they made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always the case with phone contracts!
Overall, Sasha went above and beyond to make the upgrade process simple and stress-free, and Jay’s approachable manner really added to the experience. I left the store extremely happy with my new contract and very impressed with the customer service.
Highly recommend the Vodafone Long Eaton team – especially Sasha and Jay – for anyone looking for clear advice, great service, and genuine support.
