Jamie was fantastic customer service was really clear and helpful and supportive of me as a customer.
He was so clear and really friendly and offered to support me if I have any queries over next few days but I felt so supported great service would empty him in my team anytime.

Sabir needs his appreciation !
100000000/10 all because of SABIR, his patience, comprehension and understanding made this process so much easier. Had problems with my esim & physical sim that Sabir sorted out for me in less than 30 mins whereas I was talking to voxi support for a good 5-6 hours minimum and reached no positive result. I truly believe sabir brings this high level of customer service to every customer not just me, I hope this is a clear indication as to why human input is heavily needed as without this I wouldn’t have fixed my issues.
