Roxana was very good at explaining all options when upgrading to a an iPhone 18. Roxana was very knowledgable and very friendly. She is a credit to Vodaphone.

Danish & rumail were super helpful worked hard to get us the best deal and had amazing customer service. So much so my partner was convinced to switch to Vodafone aswell !

I had a great service today from Sarah and Alex in the Trafford Centre. I had been waiting a long time in the morning with 2 children but Sarah and Alex made up for that with their great customer service. Together they helped me transfer data from my old to new phone :) I was very pleased and grateful for their help. xx
