We were served by a young girl called, Tonicha.
She really knew her job, everything we asked, she explained and answered in a clear and easy manner.
We only went in to change our phones from 3 to Vodafone and ending up taking the full package, including broadband and our telephone calls on the landline. It was a friendly and pleasant experience which we would recommend to anyone concerned.

Vodafone Morpeth staff, Allirra and Connor were very helpful helping me sort my mobile phone out. I am 73 year old who has not much technology nohow but these 2 members off staff were excellent ar helping me.

Popped in a couple of weeks ago just to ask for some advice regarding my tariff. Rory the manager was very helpful, I left with a far better deal than I was expecting, and a brand new phone! Great service at the Morpeth store by the team. Got a Great deal on my Google pixel phone and they were happy to help set it up. Will definitely be back for an upgrade when it's due.

I recently switched from O2 to Vodafone and visited the Vodafone store in Morpeth - on arrival I was greeted by member of staff and they promptly asked me how they could help today - from this point on the whole experience was great. The staff were attentive and very helpful, explaining things when I didn’t understand. Rory the store manager was exceptionally great, he made sure I got exactly what I needed for my new contract and he was very professional and polite. Since having my contract for a few weeks now I have had no issues - however Rory said I could call in if I have any problems. Fantastic customer service and I’m noticing the signal for Vodafone has been great in Morpeth and surrounding areas. Thank you!

Connor was patient and calm. Although the help required took a long time, Connor gave me all the time I needed. Connor knew what he was doing and I had confidence in him.

I recently signed up to home broadband in the Morpeth store. After looking around and speaking to various providers I finally found what I was looking for. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome even the ones not serving me. I sat down with Connor who talked me through the packages available to me and the process of it being set up.

I went in to the vodafone shop in Morpeth and was greeted by Connor. I was looking for a new samsung. He listened attentively to what i was after. He showed me a few different options selling the features very well. He explained the different plans available and which one would suit my needs best. I will definitely come back again if I need anything.

I was looking for a new phone and contract having always been an android user with o2. I was given such amazing service by Connor who really was so helpful and gave me his time to help me find the best phone and deal for me even convinced me to make the leap to iPhone and don’t regret it at all.
